Maryland is on a path towards a clean energy future – with more electric cars, all-electric buildings and a growing reliance on wind, solar and other emission-free energy.

Making this clean energy economy a reality will require us to modernize and upgrade our electricity distribution system to handle more complex energy needs, while making sure that no one gets left behind.

The Grid Reliability and Inclusive Distribution Act, a.k.a. the GRID Act (HB88/SB525) does exactly that.
