Elect Climate Champions in Maryland

To elect Climate Champions to Maryland's General Assembly and statewide offices, CCAN Action Fund will be utilizing a variety of tactics to educate, engage, and turn out voters across the state.

We will be hosting multiple phone banks, text banks, and block walks, while attending events and organizing actions to encourage voters to support our endorsed climate candidates!

CCAN Action Fund has endorsed candidates for their demonstrated commitment to supporting climate justice legislation including the Clean Energy Jobs Act of 2019 and the Climate Solutions Now Act of 2022. We are also endorsing candidates who have pledged to support legislation to reach 100% clean electricity by 2035 (without incentives for trash incineration), investment in underserved communities, increase access to clean transportation, and include strong labor provisions for clean-energy projects. It's bold, transformative, and necessary.
