Transportation is the biggest source of carbon pollution in the Commonwealth, and the vast majority of that comes from personal vehicles. That’s why it’s essential that we defend Virginia’s Clean Car Standards policy – which ensures that manufacturers phase in sales of clean vehicles in the state.
