Donald Trump’s nominee for the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Russell Vought, is an architect of the radical Project 2025, which aims to gut climate funding, dismantle environmental protections, and cut key disaster relief programs.

Vought has already blocked emergency aid, slashed climate initiatives, and pushed extreme budget cuts—and if confirmed, he will use OMB to sabotage climate action and public health.
