Maryland Legislative Priority 2026 Update and How You Can Get Involved!
Our focus for this upcoming Maryland legislative session will be to pass bills that protect money that is set aside for low-income families to help electrify their homes, to be dramatically increasing investment in solar, and to pass balcony solar legislation to make access to solar ubiquitous and accessible to tenants and condo owners.
In addition to affordability and investments in clean energy, we want to help advocate for clean energy transportation and having more bus routes in underserved communities. This means better access to jobs, healthcare, and educational opportunities and spending a lot less time in traffic.
