We’re advocating for policies to establish state oversight over the approval process for data centers, ensure the facilities that come to Virginia are aligned with our clean energy goals, and protect Virginia families from subsidizing infrastructure for the world’s richest companies.

Several of these measures have been passed by powerful committees in the State Senate, but have been killed by the House of Delegates.

That is unacceptable! With immense grassroots pressure, the Senate can pass these bills and later, the House could reconsider their position and put these important policies into place.
