On Tuesday, a House committee will decide whether to approve SB 619, which would ensure state regulators only approve data centers that won’t shift costs or pollution to Virginia families.

This bill was passed with bipartisan support in the Senate. But to be frank, we’re seriously concerned this important bill is not going to get a real hearing in the House. That’s why we need everyone to contact their House of Delegates member and urge them to help SB 619 get over the finish line.
